CJC-1295 without DAC — more precisely Modified GRF (1-29) — is the 29-residue active fragment of GHRH with four amino-acid substitutions (D-Ala2, Gln8, Ala15, Leu27) that resist enzymatic degradation and improve receptor binding. Without the Drug Affinity Complex it retains a short half-life, producing pulsatile GH release that mirrors endogenous physiology 2.
The tetra-substituted sequence is the peptide backbone of the DAC-conjugated CJC-1295 characterised by Teichman and colleagues, which produced sustained, dose-dependent elevations of GH and IGF-1 in healthy adults 1.
Sequence, formula and CAS data are provided for identification. Batch-specific purity, mass-spec and HPLC data are on the Certificate of Analysis — ask for it with your order.

Long-acting GHRH analogue: one dose, days of elevated GH and IGF-1.
GHRH analogue plus selective secretagogue — the classic synergistic GH-release pairing.
The first selective growth-hormone secretagogue — GH release without cortisol or prolactin.
