1. Research use only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research and development purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary use, diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any disease. Not for human consumption. By placing an order you represent that you are purchasing for laboratory research purposes, that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely, and that you will not use, resell or distribute any product for human or animal use.
2. No medical claims
Product pages summarise published, peer-reviewed research for informational purposes. Nothing on this website is a claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures or prevents any disease, or is safe or effective for any use. Cited studies describe research on the compound class in laboratory or clinical settings and do not describe our products.
3. Orders and quotes
All orders are placed by direct message (Telegram or Signal). Prices are quoted per order and are valid for the period stated in the quote. A quote is not a contract; an order is accepted when we confirm it in writing after payment.
4. Payment
Cryptocurrency (preferred) or card / money-app with a processing fee. Payment instructions are issued only after an order is confirmed and only through the channel in which the order was placed. We are not responsible for payments sent to third parties impersonating us.
5. Shipping and risk
Orders are dispatched with tracking. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for compliance with import regulations in your jurisdiction, including any duties or restrictions that apply to research chemicals.
6. Returns
Because products are temperature-sensitive research materials, returns are not accepted once dispatched. If a shipment arrives damaged, or a product does not match its Certificate of Analysis, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and batch numbers and we will replace or credit at our discretion.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Black Box Biotechnology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the purchase, handling or use of any product. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual property
The Black Box Biotechnology name, logo and website content are our property. Product names may be trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version in effect when your order is confirmed governs that order.
